Abstract

Measuring the usefulness and the profitability of the training activity involves inevitably setting up an appropriate evaluation system that makes it possible to assess the different dimensions of its effectiveness, namely: the pedagogical effectiveness, the degree of transfer of acquired knowledge in a work situation and the impact of training on performance indicators

The question of effectiveness inevitably refers to the need to ensure the application of the knowledge gained from training in a real work situation, a sine qua non condition for claiming an organizational performance.

The objective of this research is to propose an answer to the main problem, what are the levers on which it is necessary to act for an optimal transfer of the achievements of the training in a work situation? and propose recommendations maximizing this transfer.

The analysis of the results from the survey made it possible to diagnose the reality of the transfer and was able to confirm the importance of the motivational factor as contributing the most to the transfer of learning.
